Coming Soon - Hispánico
Last weekend, I was finally well enough to commence cheese-making again (after a back injury). I chose a delightful cheese called Hispánico, which is a cow's milk version of Manchego. I am going to give it a rub with smoked paprika and olive oil to keep any mould at bay, which should also add a little smokey flavour to the cheese.
Also, a big shout-out goes to Tracey Johnson for gifting me the basket from her store in British Columbia, Canada Cheeseneeds.com
I'm currently editing the video, so it should be out next week!
