Curd Nerd Newsletter Edition #33

G'day Curd Nerds. Thanks for joining me this week!

I'm currently working through some back/leg pain issues and will not be making cheese or producing cheese-making videos for about 3 to 4 weeks. The break was recommended by my GP and you can learn about it in this video.

Just because I can't make new video content doesn't mean I can't continue to serve the curd nerd community. So there is something different this week; time for a Question & Answer session.

Your Cheesy Questions Answered!

As many of you would know, I've been making cheese at home for over 15 years and have a wealth of cheesy knowledge gained from experience, research via books and videos, and learning from artisan cheese makers. With all that knowledge comes great responsibility, so, I use it for good (not bad) and teach other curd nerds the skills to make their own cheeses at home.

To share that knowledge, I usually host a weekly live stream on Sunday morning called "Ask the Cheeseman" where I answer your cheese-making questions. That show helps most curd nerds, but it doesn't catch them all because I also receive so many questions via the comments on my videos. So to help further, I recorded a stand-alone video that answers the top comment questions from the last 5 months or so.

It also contains the odd gag, so here it is for your enjoyment!

New Merch!

I've published new products this week for the merch store including this cute design on mugs, T-shirts, and stickers. "Stay Fresh Cheese Bags" is now the official curd nerd saying when you leave the chat at the end of one of my YouTube livestreams! Catchy, isn't it?

All my merch products are manufactured, fulfilled, and shipped from Australia, USA, EU, or Canada! With that global coverage, you no longer have to wait for a long time for your merch to arrive. It's a massive win-win for everyone!

If you are interested in flying the Curd Nerd banner and showing everyone around you that you have a cheesemaking superpower, then you can find the new merch store at Merch.Cheeseman.Tv with an expanded range of products.

Online Cheese Making Courses

I have created two cheese-making courses that serve the curd nerd community. During the courseware, I am your tutor and answer any questions you may have within 24 hours (due to timezone differences). Just leave a comment in the lesson that you are stuck on and I will get back to you with the answer or solution for your problem! The two courses are listed below.
