Tassie Devil cheese is my own creation, with Asiago style as the base and Tasmanian Mountain Pepper Berries as the main attraction. Some have asked which flavour dominated. Well, both. The pepper berries were the initial hit of flavour, and then the awesome picante taste followed through. All-in-all, one amazing cheese.
