Learn to make three simple and tasty cheeses during this 5 hour Beginners Cheese Making course. This course is a great introduction in to the wonderful world of home cheese making.
You will make Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese), whole milk Ricotta and Quick Mozzarella.
Included in this course is one of our popular Mozzarella & Ricotta kits (valued at $38.50) which contain all the equipment and enough ingredients to make up to 40 batches of cheese. Milk and other ingredients supplied.
You will also receive two wooden cheese boards used for draining and pressing, with recipes and instructions to use at home.
Food containers provided to take home your fresh cheese creations.
