Botanical Soap Making Kit (3kg) contains;
- Olive oil 800g
- Coconut Oil 950g
- Rice Bran Oil 800g
- Sunflower Oil 300g
- Sodium Lactate 50ml
- 3 x Fragrance oils
- 7 pack x 20 ml colours
- Calendula Flowers 25g
- Rose Petals 30g
- Lavender Flowers 30g
- 1 x Wooden Soap mould with a silicone liner (colour will vary) to hold 1 batch of soap with a cardboard cut-out.
The botanical soap making kit contains enough ingredients to make 3 kg of soap in total in 1 kg batches.
The rose and lavender petals are recommended for top decoration only due to discolouration during the saponification process. The Calendula petals can be mixed into the soap without issues.
Soap colours included are blue, yellow, green, red, orange, black, and violet. These colour bottles contain enough colourant to make 20 batches of soap.
Before you make your soap with your botanical soap making kit, you will also need to purchase Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide) and pure water to make soap. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship caustic soda via Australia Post. You will be able to pick these ingredients up at most supermarkets and hardware stores.
Please ensure you read the enclosed instructional booklet thoroughly before making your soap.
Gallery photos are examples of what your soap may look like after curing.
Due to the customers’ option for personnel selection of fragrance all our kits are beautifully custom packed for each order. We believe in attention to detail, so Little Green Workshops kits are not packed loosely into boxes. Each item is individually wrapped, as we want our customers to experience the delight of opening one of our kits, even if it is purchased for themselves or a gift for a loved one.
Our instruction booklets are in colour and have easy step-by-step photographs that are clear to understand.
Our after sales support is second to none, and we are always available during business hours to chat to our customers on the phone or via email to answer any questions you may have about one of our kits.
Hey very simple booklet and easy to follow instructions have made three lots of various soaps and now waiting for the drying time to go by. Might be good to do the kits without the oils as I think that adds to the freight costs more than anything and they are readily available and have the full colour kit as part of the kit which we took as an add on.
