This Caprino fresco mould can be used to make fresh Caprino cheeses from cow’s milk. It can also be used to make fresh goat’s cheese, Chérve.
Caprino Fresco is aged for three to four days and has a soft, creamy texture, and a round or cylindrical shape. It is often sold wrapped in paper or immersed in olive oil and is traditionally made in Italy.
