Plastic cheese mat with elevated feet used for draining and/or air drying cheese. Also used as replacement piece from the Mad Millie Maturing Box.

This cheese drying mat is made from food grade plastic and is ideal for draining and air drying semi-hard and hard cheeses before affinage (aging your cheese). Prevents unwanted moulds from growing on cheese when air drying for long periods, i.e. Swiss cheese.
It can also be used in pairs to assist in turning soft cheese moulds and baskets when draining.
