This Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese Making kit includes:
- 12-page Recipe / Instruction Booklet
- Reusable Loose Weave Cheesecloth
- 200 mm Dairy Thermometer
- 10 x High-Strength Rennet Tablets (Suitable for Vegetarians) (Up to 40 batches)
- 250 gm Cheese Salt
- 250 gm Citric Acid
- 50 ml Calcium Chloride
The kit contains enough ingredients to make about 13.5 kilograms of cheese (up to 40 batches). Yum!
We do ship these products Australia-wide, however, this kit contains ingredients that do require long-term storage in a freezer, upon arrival. Extended time out of a freezer will decrease the shelf life.
