Triple Pepper Snack cheese is loosely based on my Quick Mozzarella recipe; however, the cheese is stable due to adding Yoghurt as a Thermophilic culture. The taste is creamy and spicy. Perfect as a party snack on its own or in Quesadillas or even melted over nachos!
