The White Cheese Wrap 10 Pack is best for all mould-ripened cheeses including Brie, Camembert or white mould cheeses made using our Camembert and Blue Cheese Mould. The paper is 240 x 240 mm square. For larger paper, see our Cheese Wrap Large.
This is a micro-perforated wrap which allows your cheese to breathe over the 3-6 weeks of maturation. This allows the white mould to thoroughly coat the cheese during this time. The dull side of the paper will absorb any excess moisture (so should be the side touching the cheese) while the shiny side with holes protects the cheese from drying out while still allowing it to breathe and develop flavour and aroma.
Includes adhesive labels to keep your cheese sealed, with space to write on so you can identify and monitor your cheese easily.
