Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout.  Please fill in your shipping address to find out the different shipping options and relevant charges.  You can also get a rough shipping calculation on the cart page, however this may not cover all shipping options.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Direct Deposit (AU only).  ApplePay coming soon for iPhone users.

If you live nearby Melton West, you are welcome to select local pick-up from our premises.  This option will appear in the shopping cart or Checkout for selected local postcodes.  All other orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please and tracking details will be sent along with your emailed invoice.

Due to distance, overseas shipping times can vary a lot. It depends on where your item is going, and what type of postage you’ve used. Your best bet is to use the Australia Post delivery times calculator using the originating Australian postcode of Melton West which is 3337.

Online orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receipt after full payment has been received. If orders are placed on a weekend or a public holiday, your order will be packed the next available business day, ready for shipping on as soon as possible.
