Do you have a shop front that we can visit?

Unfortunately, we do not have a shop that you can visit. We are an online store only. Please place your order via the website.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can collect from our premises in Melton West, Victoria.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

If your order is AUD$125, and you are getting your order delivered to ACT, NSW, SA, Vic, and Bris Metro and surrounds, then delivery is free.  All other delivery charges are calculated at the checkout.  Please fill in your shipping address to find out the different shipping options and relevant charges.  You can also get a rough shipping calculation on the cart page, however this may not cover all shipping options.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Afterpay.

How long will delivery take?

If you live nearby Melton West, you are welcome to select local pick-up from our premises.  This option will appear in the shopping cart or Checkout for selected local postcodes.  All orders will be shipped via a couriers service or Australia Post, either road or overnight express, and tracking details will be sent along with your emailed invoice. 

Unfortunately, as freight services continue to be overloaded due to the COVID-19 pandemic the carriers are not providing accurate delivery dates.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website uses TLS 1.2 encryption (TLS ECDHE RSA with AES 128 GCM SHA256, 128 bit keys) to secure your data when transmitted to our site.  We do not store any credit card information in our database as per PCI-DSS compliance standards.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Online orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receipt after full payment has been received. If orders are placed on a weekend or a public holiday, your order will be packed the next available business day, ready for shipping on as soon as possible.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We are registered for the Australian Goods & Services Tax.  A Tax Invoice is issued with every purchase via email.
