Frequently Asked Questions

PAYMENT

Online store payments can be made using credit/debit cards. We use a secure payment gateway, your card details will never be saved after your purchase has been finalised.

We also accept payment via PayPal and Direct Deposit (aka Electronic Funds Transfer). If paying via Direct Deposit, please email a copy of your transaction report to us for proof of payment. Goods will then be posted once payment has cleared into our account.

SHIPPING

Online orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, when full payment has been received. If orders are placed on a weekend or a public holiday, your order will be dispatched the next available business day.

If you live nearby Melton West, you are welcome to select local pick-up from our premises.  This option will appear in the shopping cart or Checkout for selected local postcodes.  All other orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please and tracking details will be sent along with your emailed invoice.

Due to distance, overseas shipping times can vary a lot. It depends on where your item is going, and what type of postage you’ve used. Your best bet is to use the Australia Post delivery times calculator below using the originating Australian postcode of Melton West which is 3337.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be granted if the item is faulty. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, or incorrect selection.

For health safety reasons, we have a strict no returns, no refund policy on all our consumable products, so please choose carefully.

Returns of any item will be made at the expense of the person sending the item back to us. If you have received a different product(s) from the one you have ordered, Little Green Workshops will pay for the return postage, and then have the correct order posted out at no additional expense to you.
