Online store payments can be made using credit/debit cards. We use a secure payment gateway, your card details will never be saved on our system after your purchase has been finalised.
We also accept payment via PayPal and Afterpay. Goods will then be posted once payment has cleared into our account.
Online orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after full payment has been received. If orders are placed on a weekend or a public holiday, your order will be processed the next available business day.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post (domestically and Internationally) and tracking details will be sent along with your emailed invoice.
Due to distance, overseas shipping times can vary a lot. It depends on where your item is going, and what type of postage you’ve used. Your best bet is to use the Australia Post delivery times calculator below using the originating Australian postcode of Melton West which is 3337.
Refunds will only be granted if the item is faulty. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, or incorrect selection.
For health safety reasons, we have a strict no returns, no refund policy on all our consumable products, so please choose carefully.
Returns of any item will be made at the expense of the person sending the item back to us. If you have received a different product(s) from the one you have ordered, Little Green Workshops will pay for the return postage, and then have the correct order posted out at no additional expense to you.
