This 200mm stem, stainless steel dial cheese making thermometer with adjustable clip, easily attached to the side of any height pot and has a 35mm dial head making it easy to read. It may be re calibrated by adjusting the nut underneath the dial. This type of thermometer is difficult to find in stores.

Got this in a kit for Christmas I absolutely Love it. It is Milk Proof lol it has fallen in to my milk a few times I was worried that it got ruined but No it still Works Perfectly. I discovered it is water a d milk proof. I would Not put in a dish washer or dunk in water on purpose but the occasional oops is okay. I like it better than my digital thermometer.
Simple, small, cheap and perfect.
I use to made my jam, my cheese and to have the air temperature. A good tool !
