This Feta Basket is 110 mm wide, and 85 mm high, and is ideal for making Feta style cheeses.

Use two of these Feta Baskets lined with cheesecloth and stacked, for making feta with a 4 litre batch of milk.
These Feta Baskets feature in our Feta Kit.
Note: Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water, but rinsed with boiling water, to prevent warping.
A sterilising solution can also be used, but must be fully rinsed off.
Made from HDPE food grade plastic #2. Can be recycled into normal roadside pickup.
