This classically formed Camembert and blue cheese mould is specially shaped to optimise the development of Camembert and blue-veined cheese types.
Measurements: Top Diameter: 9.6cm, Bottom Diameter: 9cm, Height: 9.2cm
Note: Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water, but rinsed with boiling water, to prevent warping. A sterilising solution can also be used, but must be fully rinsed off.
Dishwasher safe below 65°C. Made from HDPE food grade plastic #2. Can be recycled into normal roadside pickup if required.
