Beautifully set out book, easy to follow instructions, gorgeous photos, and some amazing ideas. Unfortunately for me it was a complete waste of money as only two of the recipes don’t have palm oil. This is something I will not use – even though it is possible to purchase sustainable palm oil. Unless I can visit the farm for my self, there is no guarantee they are farming it correctly. Our abattoirs are a good example – we have rules and regulations which are harsh, but their is constantly footage of abuse. Free Range – again rules and regulations, but how much footage is there of hens not coming outside for days! My customers don’t want to buy soap with palm oil in it either- even sustainable!
