This spring is 40 mm wide and approximately 40 mm high when fully expanded.
Used to press semi-hard and hard cheeses with up to 22 kg. Stop applying pressure when the spring is fully compressed to prevent accidental over-pressing of your cheese and damage to your cheese press.
