This 30 minute Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese making kit is ideal for beginners. In no time flat, you can be sampling your creation with a slice of homegrown tomato, basil, and some freshly baked bread. I can think of nothing better as a summer treat.
This Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese Making kit includes:
- 12 page Recipe / Instruction Booklet
- Loose Weave Cheesecloth
- 200 mm Dairy Thermometer
- 10 Vegetable Rennet Tablets
- 250 gm Cheese Salt
- 250 gm Citric Acid
- 50 ml Calcium Chloride
There are enough ingredients in the kit to make about 13.5 kilograms of cheese (up to 40 batches). Yum!
We do ship these products Australia wide, however this kit contains ingredients that do require long-term storage in a freezer, upon arrival. Extended time out of a freezer will decrease the shelf life.
