Visitors to Little Green Workshops over the last month or so would have noticed a lot of work going on with the website. Firstly, there was the new look and feel, then there were backend speed improvements, and now we are proud to introduce Apple Pay for our some of our mobile and apple device customers.
This payment gateway may be new to a few of you, so allow me to explain what it is and how it works.
Apple Pay on Little Green Workshops!
Now whether you’re shopping on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, you can use Apple Pay without having to create an account or log in. So paying on our website happens with just a touch and is quicker, easier and more secure than ever before.
As long as your mobile device has Touch ID, IOS v10 or above, or Mac has macOS Sierra, and Apple Pay enabled, you are good to go. For more information about Apple Pay, visit the Apple Pay website.
Easy To Use
If the Apple Pay option is available to you, you will see this payment button on each product page and the cart and checkout pages.
Once you have finished shopping, simply press the button, select the card you want to use, check the shipping address, select the shipping method, then use your Touch ID to pay! It couldn’t be easier.
The Safer Way To Pay.
When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and unique transaction code. So your card number is never stored on your device or Apple servers, and when you pay, your card numbers are never shared by Apple with us.
Setting Up Apple Pay on Your iPhone
For those of you who have an iPhone that meets the criteria for Apple Pay and doesn’t have it set up yet, you can learn how to set it up with an eligible credit or debit card here (example used is ANZ). Note: Your Credit/Debit card must be issued from a participating bank.
Other Mobile Payment Gateways
For those of you who shop using an Android phone, don’t despair. We are looking for an Android Pay solution and when it becomes available, we will implement it as quickly as we can.
If anyone has any questions about using Apple Pay, you can contact Gavin via our contact page.
