The MA 4000 series is predominantly a blend of standard mesophilic lactic acid cultures plus a Streptococcus thermophilic culture for quicker acid production.
Contains specific strains of;
- Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
- Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
- Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis
- Streptococcus thermophilus
